What is the HRD attestation process?

Application forms are obtainable from NORKA Roots regional centers. Initial authentication of certificates occurs at these centers. Subsequently, the certificates are sent for embassy attestation. NORKA Roots facilitates the attestation of certificates by the embassies of countries such as UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar. Application forms are available at no cost from the CACs (Certificate Attestation Centers) upon presenting a copy of the certificate holder’s passport. Attestations are typically carried out on weekdays, specifically from Monday to Friday, during the hours of 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Consolidated mark lists or transcripts will not be attested.
Only certificates issued by educational institutions within Kerala will be attested.
Attestation of provisional certificates is only possible within six months from the date of issuance.
Provisional NTC certificates can be attested within two years from the date of issuance.
Individuals with only an SSLC qualification should furnish a certificate in the prescribed format from their academic institution’s head.
Candidates from medical, nursing, dental, and pharmaceutical fields are required to provide their registration certificates for attestation.
